Cute. Zach's excuse to not be with Heather was a bit weak. I did enjoy it. The last scene felt rushed. I loved the dogs, they were my favorite. I wish I had a Sullivan...!
The story line was a bit out there for me. It was ok. I am looking forward to the next one, however. I really love the entire family. Mary is fantastic. I would give the book four starts. The supporting characters are great.
FanFreakingTastic. This was a great book. This is the first YA vampire book I've read since...well you know. The whole concept of vampires was tainted for me. So it took a while for me to open up to the bloodsuckers we all know and love. This was a great book. I can't wait for the next one and see where Allie and Zeke end up next.
Mmmm....good, beautiful story. It felt long in some parts yet I am left wanting more. Strange, I know! I was so truthful. When dealing with love, it always comes back to communication. I heard a saying once; not to be afraid to hurt the ones you love with the truth, so long as it's said with LOVE. This book explains the truth in that very well.
I'm frustrated. I am so back and forth as to whether or not I like what is happening in this story. I will definitely read the next book, so I can get some questions answered.
So sweet. Like everyone has stated, I knew how it would end but I loved it just the same. The thing is, I now have more questions than answers. Why was Bethany feeling ill at the end? What exactly happened to Bethany after her 'fall'? Oh yeah and.....Why god why did this happen?
